Customer Returns Responsibilities
Please be aware that you are responsible for the return of all items in original condition in case of return.It must include the original receipt and a note with your name, order number and valid acceptable reason of return.
Receiving an Incorrect Item
If you have received an incorrect item please contact Customer Care Team via Email or by WhatsApp.Customer Care Team will advise you how to proceed.Upon receiving the product in genuine condition we will then process a full refund or exchange. Please note that the item is your full responsibility until safe shipment is assured to us.Please note if the shipped product by your side proved to be not as genuine and in good quality when dispatched,the buyer will have to bear all loss.If found incorrect or faulty by human error from our end,we will reimburse the shipping cost also if applicable.
